CANCELLATION POLICY
Forever Jewelry by Becca Policies Thank you for choosing Forever Jewelry by Becca! We are honored to provide your permanent jewelry experience. Please review our policies before your appointment. Appointment Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. Repairs & Warranty We are happy to stand behind the quality of our work. • If the weld comes apart, we will reweld your jewelry free of charge. • The original chain must be brought in and inspected to determine that the separation occurred at the weld before a complimentary repair can be provided. • If the chain itself breaks (rather than the weld), a $10 repair fee will apply to cover the cost of repairing the jewelry.
